Darlene Rife RN.BSN.MSN.CLNC has worked in many areas of healthcare and management including but not limited to the following areas;

Medical-Surgical Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Behavioral Health Nursing, Post-Cardiac Care, Emergency Room, Rehabilitative Nursing, medical-dialysis, and Occupational Safety & Health as well as Nursing Instructor for Health Occupations Students. Darlene Rife has also worked within several roles including that of House Supervisor, Director of Nursing Services, Infection Control Coordinator, Charge Nurse, and staff nursing roles. Mrs. Rife has also worked as Human Resource Manager and Safety & Health Nurse in which she handled all safety & health training, safety and health audits and workers compensation issues.

Darlene Rife is now serving a more diverse role as CEO & President of Innovative Consulting Strategies Inc., in which she does certified legal nurse consulting, corporate and community training and guest speaking.
